1. CONSTRUCTION. These Olympic weight plates have a 2-inch diameter stainless steel ring embedded in the center to fit any 2 “diameter barbell, dumbbell bar.
DESIGN – The 45cm (17.5 inches) in diameter black rubber bumper plates are compatible with 2 inch barbells. Built from solid cast iron metal with a rubber coating, these free weights plates can withstand highly repetitive usage enabling you to train harder for longer.

2. FUNCTIONAL. Each barbell plate is color coded for easy identification and labeled in both lbs , Of course labeled in KG is no problem too, suitable for core training, strength training, weight lifting, balance and other multi-movement scenes.
