1. Olympic Standard: The total length of the curl bar is 120CM/47.2inch, Length of the middle bar is 84CM/33inch. Sleeve diameter 5CM/2inch, this size can be compatible with standard Olympic weight plates. The total weight appromiately about 10KGS.

2. Material Q235 steel: Made of high strength Q235 Steel with sanding and polishing treatment. Durable chromed to protect abrasion and heave load bearing capacity. No need for frequent maintenance.
