1. Our pull up bar no need screw and no need drilling. Some client would not like drilling on the wall, our pull up bar is a good choice.
You just need rotate the pole to press against the door frame.
Please noticed: Do not install the pull up bar on the glass doors and hollow doors.
Please confirm that your door frame is solid before installation, because the hollow door frame will be damaged (You can try the side wall of the door frame, mostly solid).

2. The super big and non-slip pad & mat
The mat is much bigger than normal kind. The mat size 23*7.3*0.6cm.
The big pad will increase the friction between wall and the equipment.
More durable and safe.

3. Our size: our size stock
Adjustable length 65-100cm /90-130cm/100-150cm/140-180cm.
Usually hot sales: 65-100cm.
Customize length for an easy fit in most door frame between 70cm-90cm. Suitable for standard doorway, perfect for home, garage or office use. Max. Support: 150kg/330lbs.

6. Install step
Step 1: Confirm the distance and align between the two door frame.
Step 2: Rotate the side to extend both sides of the pull up bar.
Step 3: Rotate both sides of the pull up bar to lock against both sides (wall/door frame).
Step 4: Push the red knob to lock the adjuster to lock the pull up bar from moving and use with confidence.

Noticed
The shorter the pull up bar extend, the more safer it is.
For example if the distance 75cm, the pull up bar extend 75cm is more safer than extend to 90cm.
